LuxuryRetreatsPhuket is a trading style of Luxury Asia Lifestyles Co Ltd, founded in 2009 trading under LuxuryVillaSamui when two local expatriates Adam Keating and Lee O’Neill, decided that the villa management industry on Koh Samui needed to change gear.
Built on the premise that luxury means a 5 star commitment from the moment an enquiry is received to the day the guests leave for home they set about building a portfolio of villas and team to deliver the vision firstly on Samui and more recently on Phuket.
On Phuket and Natai Beach Luxury Retreats Phuket offer marketing and reservation services and we have formed a strategic partnership with KNP Management Services led by industry veteran Nic Laanemets. KNP have a wealth of experience in luxury villa operations including maintenance, staff recruitment and training.
This partnership means we can offer our villa owners on Phuket and Natai Beach full villa management services under one umbrella and brings together two companies who are experts in their specialised fields which enables us to maximise the ROI for our owners and at the same time protecting their asset.
Reservations, marketing and operations are all centralised here in Thailand and our reservations staff have personally inspected all our villas so can therefore pass on real local knowledge to our future guests.
Adam first visited Koh Samui and Phuket as an open eyed backpacker travelling around SE Asia in 1989 and continued to visit for holidays over the years until finally settling in Thailand in 2005. Adam previously worked in the finance world for ICAP Plc serving clients like Credit Suisse and JP Morgan, until his passion for travel persuaded him to seek an alternative venture. Now responsible for reservations and marketing Adam takes great pride in ensuring everything runs efficiently and guests leave with only happy memories. Adam’s interests include rugby, travelling and socialising.
Lee comes to us from a contracts and finance background and previously worked as regional manager for some of the biggest names in house building and asset leasing. Lee is responsible for all financial and legal affairs and ensuring the company remains in
good health for future growth. Sporting wise Lee previously played rugby for teams in South Africa, Austrialia and the UK.
Nic a Swedish native who also speaks Thai settled on Koh Samui in 1998 and started working for a villa management company in 2004 and then went on to establish KNP Management Services in 2007. The business on Samui was acquired by Luxury Asia Lifestyles as Nic decided to set up KNP on Phuket in 2015. Nic is a keen cyclist who also has an interests in general fitness and wellbeing.
